Clients retain ownership of any content provided to us.
Clients grant 3 Pixel Studios the right to use provided content for project development.

7. Revisions and Approval Process

Clients are entitled to a set number of revisions as agreed upon in the project contract.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
Once a project is approved, any further changes will be treated as a new request and billed accordingly.

10.2 Website Performance

We provide websites that function properly at the time of delivery, but we are not responsible for performance issues due to hosting, third-party updates, or client modifications.

10.3 Limitation of Liability

3 Pixel Studios shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

11. Termination of Services

3 Pixel Studios reserves the right to terminate services if:

The client violates these Terms.
Payment obligations are not met.
The client engages in abusive, unethical, or illegal behavior.
A project remains inactive for more than 30 days due to a lack of client response.

Clients may terminate services at any time, but payments for completed work are still required.

12. Confidentiality and Data Protection

We maintain confidentiality for all client information.
Client data will only be shared with third parties when necessary for project completion.
